hello everyone
now after the lemp brawl in gurgaon which i think was right on the part of the customers who posted it...as i have also experienced their staff's rude and harsh behavior towards their customers...... i thought i should also come up with sum awareness around a company called MTS....! providing internet connections all around..
now m gonna share my experience with the company...
I have been using my internet connection from MTS from past around 6 months no. 8459251381....and i feel so sorry to say this that the customer care service is so damn poor that they if u delay your bill for even one day they will call you and threaten you to send some goons to your house or will threaten you for a court case (i have got phone calls recorded in my phone) ...and they repeat these stupid calls each and every day...i mean every hour they will call you and disturb you and threaten you...i have experienced this and many of my friends and colleagues have experienced the same...the calls from mts are so much fulfilled with harassment that it is unbelievable that this company has hired soom gaaonwaalas and sum gaanwaalis to call u guys up...!! i am also sharing my complaint with the company that they have accepted with such a gratitude that as if they were more to welcome me...they told me sir write whatever u want to write we dont give a fuck...theses were the wordings of the people from mts GALLERIA, gurgaon GUYS!
now this company has been shut down in many parts of the country due to their misbehavior..
